2 suspected drug pushers nabbed in buy-bust in Quezon town

LUCENA CITY—Police arrested two suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Infanta town in Quezon province.

Quezon police chief Senior Superintendent Rhoderick Armamento said policemen collared Shernel Somodio, 35, and Kevin Cuerdo, 25, in a buy-bust in Barangay Bantilan around 10:35 p.m. Tuesday. The suspects yielded five sachets of shabu weighing four grams with an estimated value of around P7,400.

Police also seized one motorcycle believed being used by the suspects in their distribution of illegal drugs.#
