Pagasa: Dagupan to reach 46掳C heat index

MANILA, Philippines — Dagupan City in Pangasinan is expected to reach the highest heat index of 46°C on Sunday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The state weather bureau’s latest bulletin also showed that its monitoring stations in Laoag City in Ilocos Norte and Aparri in Cagayan forecast a heat index of 45ºC in their respective area.
