Malacañang sees nothing wrong with the pre-debut photo shoot of President Rodrigo Duterte’s granddaughter, Isabelle Duterte, inside Malacañan Palace.
Isabelle, daughter of Paolo Duterte and his ex-wife Lovelie Sangkola Sumera, on Thursday had the photo shoot inside the Palace where she hired the country’s top stylists, designers and make-up artists.
“I don’t think it should be an issue,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque told reporters.
“Alam ko naman nag-pictorial lang sila.’Yung pictorial, kung hindi ako nagkakamali, kahapon ‘yun kasi naglilibot-libot ako sa Palasyo at napansin ko may pictorial. Pero pictorial lang ‘yun,” he added.
Roque said Isabelle did not violate any law for having the photo shoot inside Malacañang.
“So sa akin, wala namang masama doon. Nag-pose lang for birthday pictures yung apo ni Presidente,” he said.
“Gaya siya ng ordinaryong mamamayan na pwede ring mag-picture-picture sa Malacañang,” he added.
