Full text: Executive summary of Senate draft report on Mamasapano incident

MANILA, Philippines—The executive summary of the Senate investigation into the Jan. 25 Mamasapano incident was made public by Senator Grace Poe’s office on Tuesday.

Poe is head of the committee on public order that investigated the incident along with committees on peace, unification, and reconciliation, and finance. The three committees held five public hearings and several executive sessions before they concluded the investigation.
