MANILA, Philippines 鈥� A heat index of 45掳 was forecast in Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte on Saturday, May 31, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
This heat index is in the 鈥渄anger鈥� category, which is between 42 and 51掳C; and may cause heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

The 鈥渆xtreme caution鈥� category is between 33 and 41掳颁.
