Brig. Gen. Andre Perez Dizon, Bicol police chief, and Jose Roncesvalles, president of Infotech and a retired police brigadier general, signed the agreement, underscoring their commitment to improving access to quality education for police families.
“This partnership is a step forward in easing the financial burden on our personnel,” Dizon said in a statement Tuesday, May 20. “Education is one of the most valuable legacies we can give the next generation. Through this initiative, we ensure that their children are given the chance to pursue their dreams and contribute meaningfully to society.”
Roncesvalles also highlighted the importance of the collaboration.
“We believe every child deserves a chance to succeed,” he said. “By supporting the children of our law enforcers, we not only honor their service but also invest in the future of our nation.”
Dizon said the program is expected to benefit numerous families across the region by providing crucial support to students pursuing academic and professional goals./lzb
