Student dies after being hit by train in Naga CityÂ
LEGAZPI CITY — A 23-year-old student died after being hit on Sunday night by a Philippine National Railways train in Naga City in Camarines Sur.
Brigadier General Andre Perez Dizon, Bicol police chief, said in a report that before the incident, the victim identified as Kenneth Christian Sacramento, was seen by residents intentionally lying down on the railroad track as the train approached Barangay Triangulo at 5:40 p.m.
He was struck by the train and suffered from severe head injuries.
Investigators were still trying to contact the train driver, who remained at large. INQ
