MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has ordered a swift investigation into the fighter jet that crashed in the Kalatungan mountain range in the Bukidnon province, Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary Claire Castro said on Thursday.

At a Palace briefing, Castro was asked whether Marcos instructed the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) regarding the matter.

(Our president is expediting the immediate investigation of where it went wrong and what else can be the remedy for these kinds of incidents.)
